Join us for a powerful gathering where community leaders, advocates, and change makers will come together to continue building a bold and comprehensive policy agenda rooted in health equity, birth justice, and reproductive justice. This event isn’t just another discussion—it’s a call to action.
We know that true transformation happens when those most impacted are at the center of the conversation. That’s why we’re bringing together voices from across our communities to shape policies that address the holistic needs of Black birthing people, families, and communities. Through interactive discussions, strategy-building, and coalition-strengthening, we will chart a path toward real, systemic change. We will share Maryland's progress on key indicators that participants will be able to shape the state's path forward
This gathering comes out of the intentionality from the Maryland Black Perinatal Health and Reproductive Justice Summit and the continuum of work that has been happening through the years. The intention of the summit was to learn and build together and work towards collective action that ensures holistic care and reproductive justice are actualized. This policy gathering is about putting this all into action as a collective front.
